Asante Kotoko begin search for new coach after Karim Zito exit
Ghana giants Asante Kotoko are intensifying efforts to secure a new head coach ahead of the upcoming season, with the club targeting an experienced figure to lead a rebuild.

The 22-year-old right-back was injured in the 2-0 Ghana Premier League victory over Young Apostles in February.
He will now undergo a long rehabilitation program that could see him miss the start of next season.
A club statement read: "Lord Amoah has undergone a successful surgery to repair his anterior cruciate ligament, an injury he sustained during our Premier League match against Young Apostles.
"The right-back will now begin his recovery and rehab at the club with support from our medical staff."
Asante are currently in sixth place on the First Capital Plus Premier League, just 10 points adrift of league leaders Medeama, with five games of the season still to play.
Amoah, signed from from Berekum Chelsea, has played 23 times for the club in all competitions this season, netting an incredible nine goals.
