Brandon Petersen wants Bafana Bafana spot but Kaizer Chiefs come first
Kaizer Chiefs goalkeeper Brandon Petersen remains determined to break into the Bafana Bafana squad, despite his Kaizer Chiefs performances being overlooked.

The 19-year-old forward, widely regarded as a potential solution to Amakhosi's persistent scoring struggles, is expected to inject fresh energy into the club's attack as they look to complement their improving defensive stability.
Competition for minutes will be fierce, with established forwards such as Glody Lilepo, Etiosa Ighodaro, Flavio da Silva and Khanyisa Mayo all pushing for starting spots.
Still, Baartman sees this moment as his chance to prove he can become the clinical striker Chiefs have long sought.
Baartman made his official debut last Sunday in a Premier Soccer League clash against TS Galaxy, coming on for George Matlou with 10 minutes remaining. The match ended goalless, but the occasion held greater personal significance for the young attacker.
His appearance closed a frustrating chapter marked by administrative hurdles following his move from Cape Town Spurs during the previous transfer window.
Reflecting on the moment, Baartman expressed pride at wearing the famous gold and black for the first time.
"It felt good to be back on the field and it was a proud moment to wear the Chiefs jersey," he told the Amakhosi website.
"After training hard for the past few months, it was rewarding to finally play for this great institution. Though it wasn't easy, since I haven't played for a while, I feel I contributed to the attack."
Baartman also extended warm wishes to Amakhosi supporters ahead of the festive break, saying he looks forward to seeing them in full voice when the club resumes its league and Confederation Cup campaigns.
