Rodri eyes Real Madrid move after Man City glory
Rodri has opened the door to a return to Spain, hinting at a possible move to Real Madrid as he nears the final year of his Manchester City contract.

The England centre-back's current deal at Old Trafford is set to expire in June 2026, but a one-year extension with the option of another year is reportedly being considered.
"I think there have been talks," Maguire said. "I think we'll reach an agreement that's best for the club and myself. You'll find out over the next few weeks whether I stay or leave. I love this club, but it has to be right for both sides.
"I don't want to stay on sentimental value; I want to stay because I want to be here and the club wants me to drive it forward."
Since Michael Carrick returned as interim head coach, Maguire has become a key figure in the squad and has earned a recall to the England team after 18 months. Carrick has spoken positively about the defender's contributions and expects more strong performances in the coming months.
Maguire also reflected on former manager Ruben Amorim, who left United in January after 14 months. "I really like Ruben, I think he's got great ideas," Maguire said. "They just didn't work at Manchester United. I believe he'll have an amazing career elsewhere and probably win many football matches at his next club.
"As players, we've got to take some responsibility, but he deserves credit for building a solid squad."
Maguire joined United in 2019 for 80 million pounds. If he signs the extension, he will have spent at least nine years at the club, continuing to anchor the defence as United push for success both in the Premier League and Europe.
