Tottenham suffer fresh blow as Mathys Tel forced out of France squad
Tottenham Hotspur have suffered another setback after Mathys Tel was forced to withdraw from the France Under-21 squad, adding to Igor Tudor's growing injury concerns.

Dorgu suffered a hamstring tear during United's 3-2 win over Arsenal on 25 January, in a match where he had already made headlines with a stunning long-range strike. The Denmark international had also scored in the previous 2-0 victory over Manchester City, underlining his growing influence before the injury halted his momentum.
Since then, despite missing eight Premier League matches, the winger has remained focused on his rehabilitation programme at Carrington. Club staff have said he has been working closely with medical and fitness teams, with recent sessions showing him back in the gym and continuing individual work on the grass.
Coaches have said the player's attitude during recovery has impressed, highlighting his discipline and commitment to regaining full fitness. "He has stayed positive and worked hard every day," one staff member has said. "These stages are about small improvements, and he has embraced that."
The injury was initially believed to be cramp, but further assessment confirmed a hamstring tear, ruling him out for an extended period. Early projections suggested around ten weeks on the sidelines, and the current expectation is that he could return to matchday squads by mid-April.
Manchester United have seven fixtures remaining this season, with games against Leeds United, Chelsea, Brentford, Liverpool, Sunderland, Nottingham Forest and Brighton. The club are hopeful Dorgu could play a part in the run-in if his recovery continues on schedule.
