Moises Caicedo lifts lid on Chelsea life as Marc Cucurella steals the show

Speaking in a series of quick-fire questions, Caicedo highlighted Marc Cucurella as one of the most influential figures in the dressing room - not for his performances alone, but for his energy and humour.

"I would say Marc Cucurella," Caicedo said when asked who is first out for training, underlining the Spaniard's commitment. But it is off the pitch where Cucurella truly stands out. "He's the funniest because he's joking with everyone. He just says silly things that make you laugh."

Caicedo added with a smile: "He's the loudest as well - Cucu again!"

The Ecuador international also pointed to club captain Reece James as the squad's standout figure on social media, highlighting the different personalities within a young Chelsea group.

Away from football, Caicedo kept things simple. After training, his priority was clear. "I spend time with my daughter, because I miss her when I'm not with her," he explained, offering a glimpse into his life beyond the game.

Matchdays, however, followed a strict routine. "The last thing I do before a game is pray, because for me it's very important," Caicedo said. After the final whistle, his focus immediately shifted to family. "I call my mum and my girlfriend."

Reflecting on his time at Chelsea, Caicedo admitted he had been struck by the club's emerging talent. "The quality of the young players surprised me. When they come up from the Under-21s, they show they are so good."

Chelsea's attention now turns to their upcoming fixtures, with an FA Cup clash against Port Vale at Stamford Bridge on April 4. They then host Manchester City in the Premier League on April 12, where Caicedo and his team-mates will look to build momentum.
