They will face the Liga MX All-Stars on July 29.
The Chicago Fire centre-back has been one of the revelations of the MLS season, with his consistent displays earning him a place among some of the biggest names in world football.
Mbokazi will line up alongside stars including Lionel Messi, Thomas Muller, Son Heung-min and Rodrigo De Paul in the showcase event at Charlotte FC's Bank of America Stadium.
Mbokazi's impact has extended beyond his performances on the pitch. The 20-year-old finished as the leading vote-getter in the All-Star fan ballot, attracting more votes than Inter Miami superstar Messi.
"Twenty-nine players will represent Major League Soccer against the Liga MX All-Stars during the 2026 MLS All-Star Game presented by Chime," the league wrote on their website
"Mbokazi's breakout 2026 came as no surprise to Chicago Fire FC supporters, who have enjoyed the South African centre back's elite defensive performances throughout his debut MLS campaign. The 20-year-old led all players in All-Star fan voting, surpassing even Argentine great Lionel Messi."
The latest accolade underlines Mbokazi's remarkable adaptation to life in MLS, with the former Pirates defender continuing to establish himself as one of the league's brightest young talents in his first season with Chicago Fire.
