Babina Noko have made the two signings to strengthen the side under new head coach Cedric Kaze ahead of the new campaign as they look to get back into the CAF spot of the Betway Premiership.
The 24-year-old Mcaba is set to join the Limpopo-based side as a free agent after leaving Stellenbosch at the end of his contract while O'Neil, 26, arrives on the back of an impressive 2025/26 campaign as captain of Ghanaian giants Asante Kotoko.
Sekhukhune have been very active ahead of the new season, parting ways with Shaun Mogaila, Lebogang Phiri, Bradley Grobler, Thabang Monare and Lesiba Nku, with midfielder Linda Mntambo retiring from football.
Cedric Kaze will be looking to integrate the new players with his playing philosophy ahead of the opening round of MTN8 clashes for the upcoming season.
