Siwelele secure Chibueke Ohizu in reunion with Lehlohonolo Seema

The 28-year-old, who first joined Babina Noko from Jomo Cosmos in 2020, will now link up once again with coach Lehlohonolo Seema, having previously worked under him at Sekhukhune.

Ohizu had been attracting interest from several clubs following his alleged fall-out with coach Eric Tinkler, including Golden Arrows, but Siwelele moved quickly to finalise a season-long loan deal.

The striker recently extended his stay with Sekhukhune but will now continue his career in Bloemfontein as part of Siwelele's new project.

During his time with Sekhukhune, Ohizu registered 117 appearances, scoring 30 goals and providing three assists. He has featured in six matches so far this season without finding the net.

At Siwelele, he is expected to provide valuable depth in attack, though competition for a starting berth will be fierce, with Samir Nurkovic, Wayde Lekay, Oratile Moloisane, and Thabang Mahlangu all vying for places in Seema's front line.
