The 30-year-old joined Mamelodi Sundowns from Ajax Cape Town in 2019.
He spent much of his early years being sent out on loan to the likes of Cape Umoya United, Moroka Swallows and AmaZulu.
While being back with the Brazilians the past few campaigns, he has rarely featured, and last season didn't play a single game.
He has now been sent to Siwelele, following Ricardo Goss' return to Chloorkop after a similar deal last term.
In total, February has played just eight times for the CAF Champions League holders.
Mike Makaab told Soccer Laduma: “The deal is done; the loan agreement has been finalised. It's a good move for him. He needs to play. Again, it's not going to be easy for him because he's not had a lot of game time, but he's got a very good temperament.”
Siwelele posted: "Between the sticks, a new chapter begins.
"Welcome to Siwelele FC."
