Semi Ajayi set for Hull City comeback after Nigeria duty concern
Hull City have received a timely boost ahead of their Championship clash against Oxford United, with Semi Ajayi returning to full training after a brief injury concern.

The Trabzonspor defender was not part of Eric Chelle's original squad for the March internationals, but was drafted in after Calvin Bassey withdrew due to a back injury.
Nwaiwu wasted little time in making his mark, coming off the bench in the second half to replace Igoh Ogbu and help Nigeria see out the result in a competitive friendly encounter.
"It is a privilege for me to represent my country because the dream of all footballers in the world is to represent their country, and I am very happy to make my debut today," he said, as quoted by All Nigeria Soccer.
The 22-year-old also reflected on the challenge posed by Iran, acknowledging their experience on the international stage while praising Nigeria's ability to take their chances.
"They are a very good side; they qualify for World Cups. We took our chances and did a good job. I believe in God, and I believe hard work pays off. Right from my NPFL days, I always said I would wear the national team shirt; I want to represent my country," he added.
Beyond the performance on the pitch, Nwaiwu highlighted the emotional significance of the moment, revealing how excitement nearly got the better of him after receiving the call.
"When I got the text in my club, I was very happy and excited, and I'm very happy to be here to wear the shirt. I was very excited, and because of the excitement, I nearly missed my flight. When my club posted it, it was a great moment for me " he concluded.
His rapid rise from standby option to international debutant underlines both his readiness and determination, as he looks to establish himself within the Super Eagles setup.
