Thembinkosi Lorch rewarded by Wydad for top form

The 31-year-old reunited with former Mamelodi Sundowns and Orlando Pirates boss Rulani Mokwena at the Botola Pro 1 during the January transfer window on a short-term loan deal.

He has repaid his his coach's faith by impressing in eight matches across all competitions, scoring one goal.

Lorch beat out Mohamed Rayhi and Mohamed Moufid to scoop the club honour.

The club celebrated Lorh with a post on their social media accounts.

“Please welcome your player of March, Thembinkosi Lorch,” posted Wydad.

Mokwena's side are currently in third place in the Moroccan top-flight, two points behind second-placed AS FAR and 17 adrift of league leaders RSB Berkane.
