Selection headaches mount for Nigeria's Eric Chelle ahead of Unity Cup 2026
Pressure is already mounting on Nigeria head coach Eric Chelle as he prepares to name his Super Eagles squad for the Unity Cup 2026.

The Super Eagles striker played a key role as the Istanbul giants secured a fourth consecutive Turkish Super Lig title with victory over Antalyaspor in front of their home supporters last weekend.
Speaking to the club's official media, Osimhen could not hide his satisfaction with both his personal form and the team's success.
"I'm experiencing one of the best periods of my career. I feel great. This is the best so far — one of the most fulfilling moments for me. We deserved to win these trophies, and I'm enjoying every bit of it," he said.
Despite the celebrations, the 25-year-old is already looking ahead, warning that retaining the title will be an even greater challenge.
"Next season will be tougher because every team will want to beat Galatasaray. We have to work harder, fight harder, and do everything possible to win again," Osimhen added.
Osimhen also reflected on his deep connection with the club, describing his move as something destined.
"You could say it was written by God — that Galatasaray and I would achieve great things together. This club is special. It's different from the others I've played for," he continued by declaring his love for the team and a message of commitment to the fans.
"Every time I wear this jersey, I will fight for the team. You can feel that this club is built on love, and I feel blessed to be here."
