Allen Freese: Magesi aim for nothing less than victory against Kaizer Chiefs

Currently anchored at the bottom of the standings, Magesi face the daunting task of taking on a Chiefs side competing for a CAF Champions League spot.

Despite the gap in form, Freese insisted his players know exactly what is required and will approach the match proactively in pursuit of three vital points.

"At this stage of the season, I look forward to every game we play; I have no alternative because all matches are important," Freese told KickOff.

"Therefore, we must prepare thoroughly for the encounter with Chiefs. There is no alternative but to play; I cannot sit back and expect to win passively. Instead, I will endeavour to do my best to secure a victory.

"This will undoubtedly be a very challenging match. Both teams seek the three points. Despite that, we intend to compete vigorously."

He added: "As Magesi, we are diligently working toward our goals. We know what steps are necessary to regain confidence. We hope that everything aligns well in every match we play.

"We will not accept defeat; I will not go to Moses Mabhida Stadium to accept a loss. We will give our utmost effort in this encounter."

With both teams in urgent need of points, the encounter promises to be highly competitive, offering plenty of drama for fans.

Magesi will be desperate to overturn expectations, while Chiefs aim to strengthen their position near the summit of the Betway Premiership.
