Appollis and Moremi fire Orlando Pirates to winning Betway Premiership start
Orlando Pirates opened their Betway Premiership campaign with a comfortable 2-0 victory over Milford FC at Orlando Amstel Arena on Saturday afternoon.

Stellenbosch 0-1 Amazulu
Usuthu will have three points to show from their first league encounter after Thando Ngwenya converted a penalty to give them a narrow win at the Sugar Ray Xulu Stadium.
The match was a home fixture for Stellies but with no available venues in the Western Cape, they were forced to 'host' the encounter in KZN.
After an even first half with both teams barely testing the goalkeepers, Amazulu were a spot-kick in the hour mark when Stellies defender Mosa Lebusa fouled Maqokola in the box.
Ngwenya stepped to beat keeper Sage Stephens as Amazulu took maximum points to open their league campaign.
Golden Arrows 0-0 Chippa United
Abafana Bes'thende and Chilli Boys canceled each other out as they were forced to settle for a goalless draw at the King Zwelithini Stadium.
Chippa goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali was the busier of the two goalkeepers, especially in the second half, to keep Arrows at bay.
The encounter certainly livened up in the final 20 minutes, with both teams pressing for the opening goal but to no avail.
