The Gqeberha based club will begin their season with a stern test against defending league champions Mamelodi Sundowns, who have won the last seven consecutive league matches between them.
Chippa United then travel to KwaZulu-Natal to face newly promoted Durban City before returning home to play against a tricky TS Galaxy side, which defeated Chippa 1-0 in their last league clash.
A week later, The Chilli Boys host Richards Bay, looking to extend their unbeaten run against them to nine matches in the top-flight division.
Chippa end the month of August with a big clash against Orlando Pirates, with players from both sides potentially facing their former clubs for the first time.
Sinoxolo Kwayiba left to join Orlando Pirates during the off season, whilst Azola Tshobeni moved to chairman Chippa Mpengesi's side from Bucs.
The club made numerous changes to their technical structure whilst parting ways with 19 players including veteran midfielder Andile Jali and striker Eva Nga.
Coach Sinethemba Badela's team recently unveiled four new signings including Tshobeni and winger Thulani Mini, who returns after a stint with Stellenbosch.
"We have a new team, it's a younger team, we're looking to build, we're looking to grow every day, win every training session and win as many matches as we can," said Badela to reporters at the 2025/26 Betway Premiership launch
"We're also looking forward to be an entertaining team to watch. There is only one team in the Eastern Cape in the Premiership, so we want to be a difficult team to play against in front of our supporters and improve on our travelling."
