Kaizer Chiefs withdraw from Prince Mangosuthu Legacy Cup due to CAF campaign
Kaizer Chiefs will not participate in the Prince Mangosuthu Legacy Cup 2025 due to changes in their schedule after progressing to the CAF Confederation Cup group stages.

Now on loan at Tubatse United from Upington City, the 28-year-old says the journey wasn't easy, but the encouragement from fellow players and his local football community kept him going.
"Khune was always there for me, as were Ricardo Goss and Jaisen Clifford," Sekgota told FARPost.
"They never gave up on me. It made a huge difference knowing I wasn't alone."
Sekgota also praised Tubatse United chairman Martin Mohlala for believing in him and giving him a chance to restart his football career.
"Mr Mohlala gave me hope when I needed it most. He helped me transition out of rehab and back into football. I'm very grateful for his support."
Now, with the Limpopo ABC Motsepe League season underway, Sekgota is determined to repay that faith both on and off the pitch. He hopes his story of recovery and resilience will inspire others facing difficult moments.
"It wasn't just about football. It was about rebuilding my life," said the former Stellenbosch, Swallows and Magesi winger.
"I want to show that even after tough times, you can come back stronger with the right support."
