Miguel Timm bids emotional farewell to Orlando Pirates as he begins new chapter at Sekhukhune United
More than a month after his Orlando Pirates exit was confirmed, veteran midfielder Miguel Timm has finally broken his silence.
"No, he is in the final stages of his rehab and strengthening and will join the team in training when they return from camp," Makaab confirmed when asked whether the Nigerian defender was still injured, as quoted by Goal.com.
Ndah, 27, endured a difficult 2024/25 season that was cut short by injury after a promising start.
He managed just nine appearances in the campaign before being sidelined. Although he returned to training in the second half of the season, he suffered a setback when he re-aggravated the injury - a development confirmed by the club in April.
With Pirates currently on tour in Spain under newly-appointed head coach Abdeslam Ouaddou, Ndah has remained behind in Johannesburg to focus on his rehabilitation.
The Nigeria international joined the Buccaneers in 2021 from Akwa United and quickly established himself as a crucial figure in the heart of the defence. His composure on the ball, aerial strength, and leadership made him a key player in the Sea Robbers' setup.
The club will be hoping that once fully fit, Ndah can return to his best and help strengthen their backline ahead of a demanding new season.
