Boitumelo Radiopane netted the only goal in the final minutes of the match after coming off the bench.
It was a return to winning ways for Abdeslam Ouaddou after his side lost 3-2 loss to Al-Ittihad in their last friendly match as part of their tour to Spain.
Ouaddou made a number of changes from that tie, with a number of fringe players getting the nod ahead of the more tried and tested.
