Orlando Pirates drawn to face Lioli FC in CAF Champions League

The Buccaneers secured their place in this season's continental competition with a second-placed Betway Premiership finish last term.

They have competed in the competition for a number of consecutive campaigns, and last season made it to the semi finals where they lost to eventual winners Pyramids FC.

Lioli, meanwhile, have won the Lesotho Premier League for the past seven years.

Mamelodi Sundowns, who secured their eighth successive top-flight title in the 2024/25 campaign, have a bye for the first round. They lost to Pyramids in the Champions League final.

Miguel Cardoso's side will either face Nigeria's Remo Stars or the Comoros side US Zilimadjou in the second preliminary round.
