The last-eight encounters are set to take place over the weekend of October 25-26, with the action concluding in midweek on October 28-29, 2025.
The eight teams still in contention for the title are Orlando Pirates, Magesi FC, Marumo Gallants, Stellenbosch FC, Golden Arrows, TS Galaxy, Richards Bay FC, and Durban City FC, all aiming to secure a place in the semi-finals and keep their title hopes alive.
The quarter-final action will kick off on Saturday, 25 October, when Richards Bay FC face Durban City FC in a KwaZulu-Natal derby at the Umhlathuzi Sports Stadium.
Kick-off is scheduled for 15:00, and the encounter promises to deliver a fierce local battle between Gavin Hunt's men and the Natal Rich Boyz.
On Sunday, 26 October, Golden Arrows will lock horns with TS Galaxy at the King Zwelithini Stadium, also starting at 15:00. Both sides will be eager to make a deep run in the competition after impressive Round of 16 performances.
The attention then shifts to Tuesday, 28 October, when Orlando Pirates welcome defending champions Magesi FC to the Orlando Stadium for a blockbuster clash under the lights.
Kick-off is at 19:00, with the Buccaneers seeking revenge after Magesi knocked them out 3-2 at the same stage last season.
The quarter-finals wrap up on Wednesday, 29 October, as Marumo Gallants take on Stellenbosch FC at the Dr Molemela Stadium, with kick-off also set for 19:00.
The Carling Knockout Cup champion will walk away with a R6.85 million prize, while the runner-up will pocket R2.85 million in prize money.
