The North London club have enjoyed a strong start under Frank, collecting four wins from their opening seven league matches to sit third in the Premier League table.
However, injuries have tested their depth, particularly up front, with both Kolo Muani and Dominic Solanke sidelined.
Richarlison has led the line impressively in their absence, contributing three goals and an assist so far this season. But Frank has now offered Spurs fans positive news, confirming that Kolo Muani has returned to full training and could be included in the matchday squad.
"Kolo Muani has trained for two weeks with the team, and that's good," Frank told reporters. "He looks better and better and is in contention for the squad on Sunday, so that's a positive. It's important to have him fit and available.
"He still needs a bit of time to reach his top level, but he could play some minutes."
The French forward joined Tottenham on loan from Paris Saint-Germain in the summer after a mixed spell in France and a successful loan stint with Juventus, where he scored 10 goals in 22 appearances, including eight in Serie A.
Muani's only appearance for Spurs so far came in a 13-minute substitute outing against Villarreal in the Champions League before a dead leg ruled him out for nearly a month.
His return provides a timely boost for Frank, who now has more attacking options as Tottenham prepare for a crucial run of fixtures. With Solanke nearing a comeback and Richarlison in form, the competition for the striker role looks set to intensify in North London.
