The Polokwane based club begin their 2025/26 campaign with a tough test against last season's Betway Premiership runners-up Orlando Pirates before returning home to host TS Galaxy, who they have not beaten in the league since the 2021/22 season.
Babina Noko will then travel to face Orbit College for the first time in the top-flight before hosting AmaZulu, a team the completed the double over in the last campaign, before completing the month against newly promoted Durban City.
The club parted ways with nine players ahead of the new season, including star striker Andy Boyeli who joined Tanzanian giants Young Africans.
However, Sekhukhune signed ten players including prolific goal scorer Bradley Grobler, who opened his account with a brace in their 3-2 win against TS Galaxy in their MTN8.
Grobler is set to benefit from last season's assists leader in the league Keletso Makgalwa, who set up his first goal for the club last weekend.
Midfielder Miguel Timm also joins following his stint at Orlando Pirates and could face his former club in their opening clash under head coach Eric Tinkler on Saturday.
"We worked quite extensively during the preseason to try and ensure that we can bring those goals scored against us tally down but unfortunately tonight, two silly mistakes end up costing you two goals," said coach Tinkler.
"But now it's about learning from those mistakes, fixing those problems."
