West Ham have strengthened their squad with the signing of winger Adama Traore from Fulham, reuniting the 30-year-old Spain international with head coach Nuno Espírito Santo.

The move was officially announced by the London club after Flamengo revealed the deal a few hours earlier.
Paqueta departs West Ham for a reported fee of 36.5 million pounds, returning to his homeland after making clear his desire to move back to Brazil.
The midfielder, a regular member of the Brazil national side, had requested the transfer for personal and family reasons, prompting discussions between the two clubs.
West Ham were initially reluctant to sanction Paqueta’s exit, given his importance to the squad and his experience at the highest level.
However, after careful consideration, the Premier League club accepted the player’s request, allowing him to complete a permanent move to Flamengo.
In an official statement, West Ham thanked Paqueta for his contribution during his time at the club and wished him well for the next chapter of his career. The club acknowledged his professionalism and commitment while wearing the claret and blue.
"West Ham United can confirm that Lucas Paqueta has joined Brazilian club Flamengo on a permanent transfer for an undisclosed fee," West Ham stated via X.
"Everyone at the Club would like to thank Lucas for his contribution and wish him well in his future career."
Paqueta featured prominently this season, making 18 Premier League appearances and scoring four goals.
