Former Mamelodi Sundowns defender says Sipho Mbule is holding himself back
Former Mamelodi Sundowns defender Siyanda Zwane has called on Orlando Pirates and Bafana Bafana midfielder Sipho Mbule to step up his physical conditioning.

The 21-year-old joins the Brazilians from TS Galaxy, where he played 42 times, helping the club achieve a fifth-placed finish in the Betway Premiership last season.
His performances earned him a call up to Hugo Broos' Bafana team and he collected four caps before heading out with the team to the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, although he didn't get off the bench.
Rumours of a Sundowns switch began circulating last year, with the centre-back believed to have signed for the Brazilians at the start of the season only to be sent back to the Rockets on loan.
He was unveiled by the club on Monday, and joins fellow new signings Monnapule Saleng from Orlando Pirates and Colombian striker Brayan Leon.
A Downs statement read: "Masadawana welcomes Khulumani Ndamane as the latest addition to the Yellow Family."
Galaxy posted on their social media accounts: "Thank you, Khulumani Ndamane, for your professionalism, commitment, and passion during your time with us.
"You represented the badge with pride and gave your all on and off the field.
"As you take this next step in your career and join a new club, we wish you nothing but success and continued growth.
"Once a Rocket, always a Rocket. All the best in your new chapter."
