Former Mamelodi Sundowns defender says Sipho Mbule is holding himself back
Former Mamelodi Sundowns defender Siyanda Zwane has called on Orlando Pirates and Bafana Bafana midfielder Sipho Mbule to step up his physical conditioning.

The 25-year-old forward joins Sundowns from Independiente Medellin in his native Colombia, with reports indicating the Tshwane giants have paid a fee of around 3.2 million USD, over R50 million.
Leon has agreed to a three-year contract with the club, which also includes an option to renew.
Sundowns announced Leon's arrival in South Africa on Monday morning, marking another high-profile acquisition as the club looks to maintain its domestic dominance.
"Brayan Leon has arrived at Mamelodi Sundowns. A new name. A new challenge," the club stated via social media.
"Welcome to the Home of the Champions."
The Brazilians are targeting a record ninth consecutive league title and are also keen to make a significant impact on the continental stage.
Born in Turbaco, Colombia, Leon enjoyed an impressive campaign with Independiente Medellin last season, scoring 13 goals and providing 11 assists across all competitions.
His combination of finishing ability, creativity and work rate is expected to add further depth and attacking variety to an already formidable Sundowns squad.
